Brands acceptable to 15 year old girls

Got to buy a gift for a 15 year old girl.
I know nothing about said species and don't want to buy something totally un cool.
Any ideas on what brands are acceptable? Total budget is up to £50 so quite happy to buy a couple of smaller items /accessories.

Was coming in here to say Brandy Melville but only if they're slim - my teen gets annoyed when I call it the body shaming shop but it basically is as they only do 1 size.

Drunk elephant is not suitable for that age group as it's an anti ageing ( I hate that term) and has too many actives for young skin.

Why not get a small gift and give the rest as money or a voucher?
What most 15 year olds really lack is agency i.e. money to make their own purchases.
