Only cooking for the 6 of us. But want to have it as simple on the day as possible.
Last year I par boiled potatoes the 23rd night cooled fluffed and goose fat covered and put jn fridge. They were perfect on the day after just bunging in oven , also used disposable trays made life a lot easier.
Meat cooked day before.
Veg peeled night before.
What else can I do?
