I've got a few...depends how naughty you want? Mischievous or rude?

We have 15 of the bloody things because both my father and the kids father decided buying more every year was hilarious. Ours brig something fun every year at the start of December and then come back about the 14th. That's all I can handle for elves 😂
Last year they built things with Duplo and Lego. The little ones tied up the big ones in tinsel Infront of the train that goes under the tree. They went fishing with home made fishing rods and fed the rubber ducks and got stuck in the kids pants on the clothes horse. Things like that

Last year ours hung our underwear on the Christmas tree, drew scary pumpkin 🎃 faces on the satsumas with a sharpie and stole the Slyvanian family car (with Barbie in tow) and flipped it. Thankfully they only sustained minor injures! He doesn’t make too much mess. He’s just cheeky!

I came across this Elf idea:

Hide and seek with the kids. Make the kids sit on the floor, blindfold them so they can't see, and put some music on so they don't hear anything else. The Elf moves to a new spot in the room, and hides so that only a bit of him shows. The kids take turns to look for him, beginning with the youngest. Tell them not to say anything, but to point to where he is when they see him, and take off the youngest kid's blindfold. Time how long it takes to spot him. Repeat with the others.

Putting the kids pants on the Christmas tree, drawing faces on the bananas in fruit bowl, zip lining on a piece of string with a candy cane. Also see what toys you can utilise, like Barbie cars or dinosaurs. They can play cards or have tea parties with the soft toys. My kids also love it when they bring something like a hot chocolate bomb or Christmas socks. Even a treat for the dog.

Ha I just realised my ideas are pretty much the same as blackandgold!

The madness begins.
It's an absolute pain in the arse but is genuinely my kids favourite part of Christmas 🙈
