looking foe ideas for Christmas present for twenty month old boy. Has scooter and balance bike. I asked on here for his birthday and was recommended an ice cream cart which he loves. I would never have given that a second thought which is why I thought I would again ask for any recommendations. Thanks in advance.

We got this for our nephew a couple of years ago. It was a bit of a gamble as he didn’t know about Thomas, but it was a massive hit and he plays with it all the time. I think it’s £10 cheaper in the Very catalogue. It links up to all the other tracks.

i have Thomas wooden train sets but this looks good. Thank you.

Or anything from Happy Land range.

Toy car garage.

What is your budget?

Up to £100. If the toy is good value and I think he will like it
then I will pay anything really.

-Big tub of dinosaurs/bugs/zoo animals (whichever he’s most into!)
-Duplo/playmobile set - mine liked a space rocket set
Toy helicopters/aeroplanes with lots of buttons
-Little People farm or garage
-Magnetic tiles or the road expansion pack if he’s already got them
-Toy till
-Hot wheels sets
-Kinetic sand set

Fairyduster24 · 19/11/2024 19:38

I would definitely go with a nice quality toy garage. Le toy van do a beautiful one but there are plenty.

Fairyduster24 · 19/11/2024 19:40

Or toy shop or toy kitchen.

alpinia · 19/11/2024 19:41

I have an ice cream cart loving year old boy.

His other favourites are magnetic tiles, timio, air toobz, toy kitchen and a foam air powered rocket launcher from amazon that cost almost nothing.

Fairyduster24 · 19/11/2024 19:43

Or toy ambulance, police car and fire engine set. That light up and make sounds etc

Dilbertian · 19/11/2024 19:45

At 2, one of my boys absolutely adored a Dustbuster. He loved vacuuming things, and the DustBuster was basically a toddler-sized real vac!

CactusPat · 19/11/2024 19:47

Connetix/Magnatiles - played with daily for years here.

Violetstripeyjumpers · 19/11/2024 19:48
