Best lovely chocolate advent calendars for adults ( not saucy, just lovely)

I have three adult DC and two partners of them to buy for ( all in their 20s)
I'd love your recommendations for lovely ( or unusual) advent calendars, bonus, if not chocolate but really unusually joyful, in your opinion.
Thank you

“not saucy” huh? 😆

Do you mean a traditional one.? If you want something in it budget?

This site has some lovely ones but this caught my eye

Tony's Chocolonely

DH is getting the Bonne Maman one and I have a sneaking suspicion that DS (20) will be rather jealous. They both have toast for breakfast every morning so it’ll definitely get used each day. It’s huge and heavy and looks lovely.

Tonys Chocoloneh except I read not all doors have chocolate in?!

I like Lindt, ferrero Rocher, kinder bueno, hotel chciolat

The bonne maman one looks good if you like jam!

SingingSands · 18/11/2024 17:10

If you have a Lindt shop nearby I found out that they do a "fill your own" calendar.

MargaritaPracticallyCan · 18/11/2024 17:14

@TamiTaylorIsMyParentingGuru I bought the jam one for my DH, gave it him already as I was too excited - he was thrilled! Bonus is, he's away with work the first week of Dec, so I'll have to help him out, obvs.

I've had the Hotel Chocolat Grand advent calendar for a few years, it has different chocolates, hot chocolate, alcohol miniatures, even lip balm, really lovely. I was looking forward to one this year, even though it's far too expensive but DH went for a change and got me a coffee calendar. Looks nice and all but literally the only thing is coffee, every day, not even coffee chocolate! (First world problems etc. Blush)

I've treated myself to this:

DoublePasta · 18/11/2024 17:27

I've had the bonne maman one before and it was the best thing ever.

StamppotAndGravy · 18/11/2024 17:32

My mum bought me a Leonidas one. It smells lovely

Allthecatseverywhereallatonce · 18/11/2024 17:36

M&S one is nice if you like their chocolate I just bought myself one.

bluegreygreen · 18/11/2024 17:49

I bought the Bonne Maman one mentioned for my mum, and this one for my dad (I bought direct but it's now sold out on the original site)

One door is empty. One door has two chocolates.

Golly, thanks for your replies, everyone.
I suppose ny budget would be £20 tops in order to accommodate everyone.

I love Bon Maman, that seems to be mentioned a lot.
Thanks for all your efforts; I've got something to occupy my evening, and may even forego dinner for a jam sandwich!

Hmm, I think I'll have to go over budget, possibly..

Oh flip I’ve just remembered that DH is also
away for work the first week in Dec! (well, Mon-Thur anyway) As it turns out, it’s Reading Week for DS and he’ll be home from uni to study in peace so who knows
whether DH will still have that week’s jams
when he gets home at the end of the week!

Oneearringlost · 18/11/2024 18:41

@TamiTaylorIsMyParentingGuru double, triple jam, jam by the spoonful?
