Nigella gingerbread stuffing recipe?

Good morning, I was thinking of trying this this Christmas. Has anyone use this recipe? What did you think? Also, were you able to freeze it in advance?

I make it every year due to popular demand. However I think it's one of those things that you'll either love or loathe.
I'd probably suggest making a small quantity to try first, or providing alternatives on the day. I make a couple of weeks in advance and freeze it.

I make it every year and it is always asked for. You can make it ahead and freeze it.
