Lapland uk Tickets - Advice/Sale

Hi I booked lapland uk 2024 tickets for November 28th at 3.30pm for two adults and two children. Unfortunately I now have to travel for work which I can't get out of and I've been having a hard time with Lapland trying to change to another slot or even transfer to anyone else. Has anyone been through something similar with Lapland, any suggestions? Can I sell them? I can see people are selling them on here but the T&Cs say they're non transferrable/refundable. It would be such a shame for the tickets to go to waste! Thank you for your help.
