Gift ideas for 20 month old boy

Im absolutely useless as knowing what to buy my son for presents. I'll get lots of family members asking what they can get him this year and I just won't know what to say.

DH and I will be getting him a play kitchen for Christmas, and that will be about it except a stocking. Please could someone give me some specifics gift ideas that they think that he would love at this age? Can add to my Amazon wish list. He doesn't have an abundance of stuff, cause I hate wasting money on things I don't know if he'll play with

Books - can’t go wrong with books

Piano mat
Duplo
Scuttlebug
Busy board
Octopals bath toy
Sand and water table

Some play food, extra pots and pans, etc. for the play kitchen, depending on what yours comes with.
Definitely duplo
Scuttlebug or similar if he doesn't already have one
Simple jigsaw puzzles
Bath crayons, other bath toys
Wooden railway (easy to add on to if he likes it)
Realistic plastic or wooden animals, dinosaurs, etc. (if you get the more realistic ones, these have years of play value)
A small baby doll
