Toddler fidget toy

Hello, I'm looking for a fidget toy for my 20 month old for a Christmas stocking filler
Ideally I would love the following

• small enough to pop in nappy bag to take out with us
• silent (or very quiet) so not annoying to other people when out
• entertaining enough to keep her busy for as long as possible!

We currently have a hedgehog with poppers from b&ms and it has been a life saver, we can go out for food/drinks and she will sit happily popping it. But she's growing out of it now so I wanted something more complex Any ideas? Not bothered about price

B&M had loads of different fidget toys when I went in last week. Try there or have a look at websites like "toys for a pound" and filter by age.

The Works is generally really good for things like this.

She may still be a tad young for it, but we've got one of these and it's brilliant (still keeps my 7 year old entertained out and about too)
