Lapland UK ideal age?

Good Morning all,

Not the thread to tell me it's a waste of money etc and we shouldn't spend this on a day out etc.

I have a two year old we've missed the boat this year but I think she's too young anyway.

I'm wondering so I can plan in advance and start saving what age do you think would be ideal for things like Lapland UK?

Also if I can be so rude what did you pay?

I've found from googling the ticket prices range quite considerably.

I would love to do actual Lapland but to be honest I can't justify the cost of it that just feels too expensive to me when I can consider what I could do with literally thousands of pounds!

Thank you!

It's so magical we went for the first time when my son was 3 and he loved it, I don't think he was too young. We are going back this year, the only problem I have is that nothing compares so I'm going to have to go every year now!

There are 3 adults and my DS going, we have paid about £400. We are going on a Monday and have the 8am slot, I actually booked this slot on purpose. We had this slot last year and we were the first ones in the village so was nice and quiet.

Thank you! Is he a young three 36 month end or a older three 48 month end?
If two is anything like one she was unrecognisable at 23 months than 15 months.

We went last year and the year before. DC were 7 and 4 the first time we went and both absolutely loved it (so did I, it was the most magical day ever)!

We went on a weekday in November and paid a bit under £400 for 4 of us.

We booked the 2pm slot both times which I highly recommend! It was light when we arrived so we could see all the cool details of the houses etc but dark when we finished so we also got to see the village all lit up.

We're going on 24th November and have paid £600 for 4 of us. 10am slot.
When they publish the price list it's the cheapest price for that day. You pay more for the premium slots.

It's our first time so I can't help with the ideal age. Mine are 6 and 8. The 8 year old is still a believer but only just, she is questioning and I don't think will be a believer by next year.

I'm thinking around 4 (she will be 4yrs 5 months) or 5 (5 years 5 months) would be ideal.
