Recipe books

DH loves to cook, but he struggles with recipes because of visual impairment.

Are there any decent large print cookbooks out there?

Abe Books does a lot of second hand so you may have to go Amazon or somewhere else to see if it’s around in a new copy (unless a clean, used copy is ok for you).

Is he better with screens? I often buy cookery books for kindle and use my iPad app to view them - wondered if that might work?

Something digital would be a good backup, though he wants the experience of cooking from a book, like everyone else.
