Has anyone been able to use this offer?

I got an email this morning, as an advantage card member, but when I follow the link it asks me to sign up for an advantage card.

Customer services is closed and no response as yet from their social media team.

I've got a big basket of Christmas presents ready to check out 😢 I've spent ages making the most of all the various offers, but this one alludes me.

It's £10 of points for every £100 spent isn't it not £10 off?

You just follow the link and then log in to your account

.

I've just added over £100 to my basket to try (when logged in) and it said I'd earn 1060 points. The 1000 would be the £10 so pretty certain you just log into your account and shop as normal

It's not working for me, I've got more than £100 in my basket. I'll try adding a few more things, maybe I've got something that's not included ???

Is it that you’re expecting £10 to be taken off the total cost? Just wondering that based on the title of your post. But that’s not the offer, what it means is £10 worth of points will be added to your card, so you can use this for discount off a future purchase, but you’ll have to pay full price for this now.

AutumnBride · 22/09/2024 12:12

My title was wrong, I was expecting points.

I've sorted it now, I had something that wasn't included, healthcare item.

Thanks.
