M and S Christmas Food Ordering???

Anyone know when the catalogue is out?
I'm sure it was in September last year!

A few reports online saying the 24th September. Hoping for some nice desserts this year.

Ooo we will have to keep a look out.
We always order pine cones for pudding.

They didn't have my gammon I ordered last year so hoping I have better luck this year.

Heard lots of good things about the pine cones; maybe this is the year to try them 😉

To be honest it's the only reason we now place an order! Although I have never looked to see if they are available in the shop.

The refill bag is £6.

It sold out last year so I’d say get it when you see it. It is very moreish.

Yes to the chocolate pine cones. My local M&S had them in store as well but not very many.

@MonkeyTennis34 Looks like they have added a new tin this year. Very jelly Munch and Very Merry Munch.

I cracked and order the Jelly version as the Merry is out of stock.

I had the very merry munch last year, got it again this year, it's very heavy on the plain pretzels, didn't enjoy it as much, got the jelly one to try but I'm considering making my own version up in the tins

I had a Very Merry and a Very Jelly last year. They were okay only. Definitely pretzel heavy and the jelly one was a bit lacklustre.

Aldi did bags of pretzel mix last year which were very similar to the Very Merry and much nicer. I'm hoping they'll do them again as I've kept the M&S tins for refilling.

@storminabuttercup Thanks for the heads up on the pretzels! I'm thinking of making it too - need to track down some replicas of the popcorn!

These are the Aldi mixes from last year. Fingers crossed they do them this year.

Love M&S Christmas food! My favourite thing is to go through the catalogue and then order online nice and early!

I second that and it's great going to collect your food when you've forgotten that you've already paid £50 of the total!

We ordered a white chocolate and passion fruit Yule log type dessert last year, it was very delicious.

A sausage roll wreath too which strangely got frozen and eaten at Easter!?!
