Christmas London ideas for 9 year old twins! Both central and anything sweet and simple around north / east?

What do people suggest for fun Christmas things to book for 9 year olds? Both London wide (anywhere easy to travel) and anything else sweet and more local (north or east).

We’ve already booked Christmas at Kew!

We really like London Zoo Santa visits, but we are members, so it’s not that expensive for us to go (you get a free stuffed toy so basically pays for itself).

Greenwich often has a lot of stuff on as well (Maritime Museum, Curry Sark, Observatory).

There’s the Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green.

Depends how far up north. Alnwick Castle at Christmas and light trail are worth a look, as is Beamish at Christmas.

I thinks she means north/ east London rather than the north east.

Kingston Christmas market is on my to do list, it's meant to be the best one in London
Westminster Abbey's festive family day (date tbc this year)
Seeing the Natural History Museum dino with his festive jumper on
