I always buy those tubs of quality street/roses etc, but now we are all a bit older we don't enjoy them much.

What sweet treats do you have? I'm getting two boxes of Turkish delight as we had one last year and it was inhaled in an afternoon.

Various chocolate covered fruits and nuts. Love a good choc covered orange peel / choc covered sour cherry (and even better if it's soaked in booze).

I get my dog walker the large HC chocolate box every year and asked if she'd like something different . I was left under no illusion that no she doesn't.

I agree with a previous poster that I used to love them but find the chocolate has less depth of flavour and is more ' greasy / fatty tasting . Changed the recipe I guess .

My own favourites have to be Lindt bunnies .

@EscapingTheseFeelings where did you get your sweet bowls ? I keep trying to find some that I like but not managed yet. Last few years I've just used some M&S glass bowls we have for dessert but if I serve trifle then have to empty the sweet bowls!

I love Booja Booja. I don't share them though!!
In a bowl we have lindt balls which empty out very quickly. I think I'll try m&s wrapped sweets, they seem to be recommended on here every year.
