I'm starting to think about Christmas so I can carefully budget for it but I'm completely stumped as to what to get my DS. He'll be 8 just 5 weeks before Christmas so it's always hard to come up with double the amount of ideas. Made even worse by our family asking me for ideas of what they can get him so I'm trying to get prepared now!
He could probably do with a new bike so we'll maybe get that for his birthday. If he does get one then I'll just grab a couple of really little things because bikes are SO expensive. It's just hard to know what else to get him otherwise.
He likes Pokémon (and has a million cards) and video games, does karate, likes skateboarding, enjoys reading, and will go through phases of liking Lego or crafty things. I imagine by his birthday/Christmas he might need some new trainers or wellies, and I know he wants an alarm clock for his room. But what could I get him or suggest to others when they ask. He's useless when I ask him what he wants!
