Does anyone remember the cylindrical pound coin dispensers/savers where you push the coins down into it?

I would like to buy one but can't find any, has anyone seen them for sale?

That’s unlocked a memory. My Nan used to have some. I have no idea where you get one from though.x

Hi, just felt I should come back to this thread in case anyone else was planning to buy the coin holders from this particular company.

Unfortunately when they arrived they were of very low quality and seemed as if they would break easily. The outside gold finish had scratches and gouges on them and the gold paint finish had dripped. They weren't of a quality that you could give someone as a gift without being embarrassed.

I emailed the supplier with images of the items but was very disappointed with the response, that they are of good quality (even though the photos clearly showed the damage).

I wanted to say thank you though to Seeseerider as I know you replied to my query in good faith and I am grateful to you for taking the time to help me.

I have actually bought more now from ebay and they are thankfully of the good quality I was originally hoping for.

I bought some from Amazon. 5 of them were just a bit more than 4 .
MY DS always has money usually just into his account , but I thought this would be a nice extra in his December 1st Box. Takes £15 worth of £1 coins.
The others can go to DD and the cars glovebox and one for me.
