EH or NT Christmas recommendations please

Hello, can anyone please vouch for an English Heritage or National Trust place in the South East that is great at Christmas? Nicely decorated, kids activities a bonus but not essential. Thanks!

Thank you all for taking the time to reply and share your ideas. Due to a change in circumstances we're no longer in a position to do a trip this year but have a lots of ideas to work through in future year thanks to all of you.
