Inspired by DDs cobbling together what they could in our holiday apartment...

We have two cookies, a can of beer and an apple for the reindeer.

What treats will he get at yours?

A large carrot, a mince pie and a glass of Baileys.

A bit of pork pie, shortbread, carrot and Sherry.

I heard that the shape made by a cookie cutter/scone cutter in a carrot is very similar to the pattern reindeer teeth make when they bite through....

Milk, carrot and mince pie

Plus a note and pressies from dd, her idea

Glass of Whisky, carrot for Rudolph and DD insisted on leaving him a fondant fancy (we got some white, Xmas themed ones) She decided that as she doesn't like mince pies, then maybe Santa doesn't either! 🤣

Mother Christmas has just called at our house
some petit four size mince pies
small glass of nutella liqueur I made
a mangy carrot for reindeer
all on a special robin tray that we have used since 14yo Dd was 3

i manfully chewed the manky carrot, ate two of the mince pies, I'm sure my dad will polish off the rest and considered the liqueur a fitting end to my Christmas Eve night shift 😀
