So im not a great cook. Do these times look ok. Normally wing it and then forget about things and roasties always seem to take longer than planned.
So according to butcher turkey takes 3.5hr max. Dinner at 2.
Do these times sound ok
9.15 preheat oven to 180
9.45 put in turkey
Take out 1.15 to rest (its in butcher cooking bag and tray)

Roasties parboil and put into oven at 12.50. Approx 60mins
Cauliflower cheese parboil first. Into oven 1.15/1.20 (30mins)
Honey roast carrots/parsnips (parboil and into oven 1.15/1.20)
Small shop bought ham takes (tiny as only for 1 child) 50 mins put in oven at 12.55
Veggie option 45mins so in at 1.05.

Will cook cocktail sausages in morning and reheat.

Mash and brussels on hob. Thanks

Only thing I'd say is that ticket stays hot for ages so if you'll be short on space then bring back timings for turkey by 45 mins then cover with a tea towel and give yourself more space and time

Hubby was afraid of it being cold by then. Wud it be better to do that and do cocktails fresh instead of morning. We arent big roast eaters. Normally wing it and turns out well but trying to be better organised and be less stressful.
