Best Overall Chutney!

We are away over Christmas.

We'll be with family for pretty much the whole day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but have got some nibbles for the evenings at the hotel.

Only I will eat chutney so only want to get one jar... Everyone, what is your go to chutney???

I think the taste the difference caramelised onion chutney is v nice but it's sweeter than a Branston. How sharp would you like it?

Bonne Maman violet fig and shallot is my favourite, I like it with any cheese, it is quite sweet though

Tomato and chilli- goes with lots of things and is not too sweet

I make my own Christmas Chutney - it's really dark with added balsamic vinegar and cinnamon (apple, onion, dates and chillies are the base)

Sainsburys are doing a fig (and balsamic I think) one this year that is really good.
