Scooter brand? Micro scooter or Scoot n Ride. Pros/ cons?

one half of our friends group tells us emphatically that Micro Scooter is THE BEST and only choice. The other half tells us no, Scoot n Ride is the ONLY brand. Gah! Do you have experience of both? If so can you help me choose?

• its for DS’ second birthday
• he has no experience of scooting yet, only his balance trike
• interested in one with a seat & long handle or one that folds. We live at the bottom of a hill up to the park.
• Don’t want to buy a new one in a few years but happy to buy second-hand adaptable bits

Micro scooters. We've had them for both kids in various sizes and they've been past on the relatives now as they last so well
