Ideas for Boxing Day menu for 10?

We're staying in a small-ish holiday house, so will have to be buffet style - have bought paper plates in case we don't have enough crockery! So thinking things we can eat easily with hands. Any ideas?

So far have baguettes with cheeses and pate, sausage rolls/veggie rolls, hummus, Nigella's Christmas salad (will need cutlery for that), crisps and nibbles.

Any other good ideas?

Our Boxing day buffet has turkey dinner leftovers on it plus ham/pork pie, pickles, slaw, salad, cheese, olives, bread, crisps.

I'm not doing Xmas day so won't have leftovers!

Baked camembert (don't need a special dish, but make sure you have foil or greaseproof paper

I’d probably do a couple of pizzas &
garlic bread with that.

I usually cook a large ham and serve with lots of those part baked bread rolls (baked obvs) and can people make their own rolls up with pickles and mustard etc
