Gift for 9 year old around £20

Does anyone have any suggestions for a gift around £20 for a 9 year old girl.

Not a toy though please.

Bubble tea kit (Asda have them) with a cup to go with it.

New dressing gown and/or pyjamas.

Box of odd socks. If you search "odd socks" you can buy boxes of non matching stripey socks, spotty socks etc.
One of those mugs that you can bake a cake in (cake mugs?), with a recipe book and selection of ingredients.
Children's baking/cook book, with mixing bowl, assorted decorations, wooden spoon etc. If you search for children's baking utensils, there are lots of spatulas, wooden spoons etc in bright, funky colours.
