Has anyone got a good suggestion for non-alcoholic cocktails for Christmas / NYE?

I do alcohol free aperol spritz along side the full booze version.

Alcohol free prosecco "nosecco" is in most supermarkets and I got the Lyre's "italian spritz" to replace the Aperol
