Taylor Swift clothing

Has anyone bought a Taylor Swift hoodie or sweatshirt and can advise on sizing? I'm desperate because they're not replying to enquiries!

The official website's size guide makes no sense - size S states 29 3/4" body length which is like a dress on my tall 14yo (from the shoulder down). I have written to customer services 11 days ago asking and only got an email saying they are very busy, which is understandable but not 11 days.

We’ve gone with a small for my fall (165cm) 12 year old. I didn’t even look at the measurements so hopefully it’ll be ok! I figured she’s an xs in places like Hollister and Urban Outfitters and I want some shrink/grow room.

Arghh! Just been notified that our order won’t be here until the end of January! Hope you have more luck.

Oh no! We got our order yesterday. I ordered size S in the end, worst case we’ll return and get a different size. They’ve still not replied to me, shocking customer service!
