I agree about the discounts @Namenumber3. 10% off is a bit pathetic. People would spend a fortune, I reckon, if the discount was better and M&S would probably do better out of it in sheer volume of sales. I can't be bothered making the effort for 10% unless it was something I was going to buy anyway.

Ugh, I got the coats too!
I did get a free handcream which I sadly haven’t collected and the free poinsettia though so not the worst luck out there. I really thought it might go out with a bit of a bang. Shame :(
still better than boots which has just been discounts and John Lewis which ran out of the free mascara almost immediately 😬

I got a free chilled dip on day 12. Can’t complain since it’s a freebie but quite random! Am assuming the hummus shelf will be empty anyway by the time I get there this afternoon 😂

Coats as well today. Last year I got a freebie bottle of gin, this year’s freebie was a box of chocolates.

I got the 20% off coats too. My only freebie was the room spray which a member of staff actually managed to find for me in a cupboard behind the till, it smells nice so pleased with that.

Like a couple of others, 11 days was % off offers and the only freebie was a pastry, does anyone think it is just random, or is there an algorithm that marks how much one uses their Sparks card? I dont shop in M&S very often throughout the year. Last year my only freebie was a bag of percy pigs.

It just says you will be notified if you're a winner on / by 16 December

It's been so rubbish this year! I've got a free bag of chocolate coins. That does not inspire me to bumble to their shop, even with my £5 postcode lottery voucher to boost things.

Last year was much better.

The only freebie I got was the chocolate coins, which I did pick up to split between DD's stockings. I also used the 20% off biscuits as a present for our cleaner.

I'd be interested to see if any of us win anything in the prize draw on 16 December!

In the meantime Lidl still have their offers each day in the app so I may get lucky there.

My ex husband once gave me £250 worth of M&S vouchers for Christmas. After many weeks of popping in and wandering round unable to find anything I liked, I eventually ended up spending it on food (over a month or two)

That was before the days of them selling brands, though. If I won the big prize, I'd treat myself to some beauty bits and maybe homeware stuff. I could also do with new sofas. Do they still sell furniture? (I don't have a big store near me)

They obviously didn't want to stress you out with the thrill of it all. Btw, I got that offer & from memory the T&C are finger-wagging: you may NOT have a selection of dips, you can ONLY have a single-layer dip. And don't even THINK of picking it up when you do the weekly petrol run, no, find a real M&S.

20% off coats for me too. The best I got was the free room spray which will go in teenage DS's stocking. Not complaining though as it doesn't cost anything to enter and I have a store near where I work so minimal effort to collect.

Now I'm pondering on what to do when I win the £10k voucher.....
