What to get brother

I absolutely stumped. Usual gift would have been a bottle of something but no longer drinks and doesn't drink AF versions either.

He doesn't eat chocolate or sweets, doesn't drink tea or coffee.

He likes football but I don't know how bothered he is about Merch.
He's a chef so those types of presents have been overdone and he has every gadget known to man.

In the past I've bought him comedians autobiographies and funny books, but nothing is springing out at me this year.

Any ideas for the man who wants for nothing?
