First World problem, but where are people buying nice, not extortionate, cards this year?

I buy sundry charity cards - they always sell the, at the town centre church.

I bought cards online from the Soil Association because I liked the images - a beautiful birch wood.

John Lewis, I have just bought boxes of 30 decent quality cards for £4 a box on a 3 for 2 offer. So £8 for 90 cards!

I get mine from a pop up shop run by this organisation

Charity Cards and Gifts | Buy cards and gifts at Cards for Good Causes (cardsforcharity.co.uk)

Lots to choose from, so likely you'll find some you like the look of, or are supporting a cause important to you (or ideally both!)

IIRC they're one of the places where there's a good sized cut to the charity

I've got charity shop cards this year but Whistlefish do lovely cards, nice quality and illustrations.

Oxfam is always my go to for cards these days.

National Trust do nice ones, and I’ve got some nice Woodmansterne ones from the garden centre. Plus TK Maxx have surprisingly nice cards - I picked up a lovely box of 30 V&A cards from there for £7. (I’m a bit of a Christmas card obsessive, and am always on the lookout to squirrel away nice ones for a following year!)

I too miss Paperchase. Was delighted to see that Tesco have just started running a limited range of Paperchase - they must have bought the brand name when it folded. I only saw stationery and gift wrap though, not cards.

The V&A cards are really good value this year- we got a big box from our local bookshop.
