Main present for 4 year old girl

Hello,

I'm looking for ideas for a main present for a 4 year old girl.

She's like all things 'girly' but most of the stuff I see seems to be tatt for lots of money. I've got her little bits but her brother has a big main present so would like her to have something similar.

Yoto player - ours is well used buy and great but also not the most exciting present to unwrap!

A dressing up box - buy a nice trunk, pick up a variety of stuff some second hand, add some face paints and props

A tepee for her bedroom, with a string of LED lights

karaoke machine with the voice changer mic thingie

Roller stakes

trampoline

Insect lore butterfly garden, maybe with a microscope to look at other nature stuff

lego dollhouse / castle

Dc 2 got a playmobil hospital at 4, she loved it and still played with aged 8 and added to over the years.
Dc3 got a Hubelino set as she loved building stuff, it still gets played by her aged 6 and her younger brother.
The Leapfrog ice cream cart was a huge success at 3.5 too.
