Christmas gift to myself

As I was Christmas shopping today, I got to thinking about what my gift to myself would be this year. I quite fancy gifting myself some Chanel 1932.
Does anyone else buy themselves a Christmas treat?

I've been buying myself perfume for Christmas for the last few years.

John Lewis normally do 20% off all fragrances in November so this year I've bought myself some Chanel Chance edt, last year I got myself Chanel Mademoiselle edp. Before that it was Chanel No 5 edt.

I pop it under the tree but don't bother wrapping it.

I am quite particular so usually give DH quite a specific list and be picks a few bits! I prefer that to full on surprises!

Although I've just treated myself to a sequin top for Xmas parties and really want a disco ball 🤣

I've just bought myself a table top dishwasher

I have a list for me - some I will get when the sales start so prob after Christmas. For Christmas Day I will buy myself the Blue Zone cookbook and some perfume!

I've bought myself so many presents this year I'm pretty sure it's just shopping at this point

I've got myself quite a bit of stuff - perfume, some costume jewellery, a small build your own dolls house kit I have wanted for ages ... I have wrapped it and tried to forget what is in there (partially unsuccessfully as you can see).

My daughter also told me her dad has let her pick "loads of great stuff" for me this year. (we aren't together but still amicable, and he is better off than me - he just gives her his Amazon i think and lets her order stuff for me).

Quite excited! I'm not massively materialistic through the year, but Christmas time I reckon we all deserve a few treats. I know I am lucky that I/my daughter's dad can afford this.

Generally I buy my main present and my husband buys his.
It all comes out the same money pot so it doesn't really matter which one actually goes and purchases it.

My new trainers arrived today! Won't be waiting until the 25th.

I bought a handbag, its too big for my stocking so I guess its just a gift lol.

My 'To Mummy, love from Mummy' present will be the 16th year this year.
It started when split from kids dad when they were small, so I was guaranteed a present I wanted. I try to buy it early and wrap it. So that I've forgotten what it is by the time it's Christmas- so if it's earrings I know it's earrings but can't remember the design - it's nearly a surprise then.
My daughter who is 20 is doing her own gift this year too 🤣👏
I'd highly recommend doing it 🎄🎉

Well yes as otherwise my gifts would be whatever my non working teen or minimum wage son (actually comes up with quite nice gifts but spends too much). So I buy myself something nice most years. Last year it was a bespoke rug fit my bedroom made by a textile artist, the year before it was a flower subscription. Both rather higher budget than perfume though!
