What's the craziest thing you've witnessed at a works Christmas do?
Back when I worked in a fast food restaurant, I walked into the ladies club toilets to find my mid 40s Manager having sex with one of my 17 year old colleagues. There were two other girls with me at the time who saw, so you can imagine this went around like wildfire.
A few days later at work she threatened to sack anyone who talked about the "Vicious rumour".
This was 10 years ago, at the time it was just gossip, now it just screams abuse of power to me. She never got sacked for that.
