Shein Xmas order stuck for 10 days, help!

Hi, I put an order in on Shein on 21. Nov and paid express delivery, to get within 11 working days. It's showing as at Hong Kong airport still, with a note on their FAQ they are having logistic issues.

Anyone else with this problem? What happens next? It has party dresses for me and me Dd, 1 party already happened, now I'm wondering if it will it Come for Xmas at all or if shein just move on! I've not ordered from them before and not impressed! (1st world problem I know).

I have the same issue but no mention of logistical problems. My daughter's party dress has been in the airport for almost a week.

It's frustrating that there's no update other than there was a delay, nothing on when they think it will be fixed!

I am having the same problem. Package still at airport and its been no update either for days.

I've had the same issue with other companies, ordered gifts on 21st not even been shipped yet.

Do you think we will get it on time for Xmas?!

i ordered from shein on the 29th of november and it got delivered on the 9th of december, i also placed an order on the 7th of december and it’s due to be delivered on the 14th or 15th, im not sure if i just ive just gotten lucky but it’ll likely come before christmas (:

I went on the website i think and found somewhere you could click it was urgently needed and it arrived within a couple of days. I think you ask for prompt delivery and theu ask their delivery people if they can deliver more quickly if possible.

I ordered on the 21st of November too. Recieved 8th December. Are you still waiting on yours, @Missscentsation ?
