Teenaged nieces and nephews

Help! I have quite a few nieces and nephews aged between roughly 15 and 20. Up to now I have always tried to get them presents on a theme - eg one year they all got knock-off oodies in different patterns, when they were little they all got superhero capes. Sometimes I have bought them a day out together making something, but now a couple have left home and diary coordination is impossible. So, can anyone think of something that I could get them all? Budget probably £40 each but less would be fine!!

At that age, you can't go wrong with perfume and aftershave.

Honestly for teenagers I would give money. I know it isn't very exciting but then at least they can spend it as they like.

Cash is king for teenagers. Having their own spending money means a lot at that age.

We can't do cash as have a "no cash" rule for Christmas. Fine for birthdays, but Christmas is for family-wide silliness.
