The wool overs one looks lovely as an alternative.

The JL is 80% acrylic, the Finisterre one 80% wool. Look for a high wool content op to get a similar feel.

Reviews say it bobbles easily. I love Finisterre but wouldn't buy anything not 100%wool

Try Uniqlo - they have high wool and cashmere content jumpers (size up though)

It's a wool and polyester jumper in teal- there's loads of them around. Totally over-priced as well.

What is it you specifically like about it?

Because it looks about as bog standard a style as a jumper can come, I have similar ones I bought in the past from Primark for £5.

My heart leapt when I say that sweater, OP, because it's exactly the kind of functional sweater I've been looking for. Funnel neck, reasonable length and narrow sleeves and cuffs — and wool. I've been looking and haven't seen one till now. I hate the wide sleeves and cuffs on so many sweaters at the moment. I'm a woman who pushes up her sleeves when working in the kitchen or even at the computer.
