Would be super grateful if anyone could help me find the following:

Thermals for women that dont feel restrictive so stretchy and thin but very warm? Do they exist?

An insulated mug that is pretty slim and not too tall, it is to fit in a car cup holder that is not very wide and doesn't have much head space. (Old Corsa if that helps!)

I cant help with the thermals, but for a travel mug, i only buy contigo now. They are great, and they do a smaller size one which might be perfect for you (id say it holds 12oz drink?)

M and S for thermals, I wear them every day at the moment!

I'm a fan of these tops www.marksandspencer.com/2pk-heatgen-thermal-long-sleeve-tops/p/clp60479650?intid=mobile_app_pdp_share

They have other stuff in the range as well.

Difficult to advise on cups without specific sizing really

TruthThatsHardAsSteel · 29/11/2023 17:54

Contigo seem pretty slim, Tesco sometimes do them.

I like the Uniqlo thinnest thermal long sleeved, round neck tops. (Heat Gen?) They fit nicely under other layers. I find that the warmer ones in their range are a bit too bulky for my needs.
I size up from M to L (I'm 10-12), because I prefer a very slightly looser fit. Uniqlo sizes are a bit small, from my experience.

Pusspot · 29/11/2023 18:07

Sorry - it's the Heat Tech range in Uniqlo.
I have bought from the Heat Gen range in
M+S , which was also good. I prefer the Uniqlo fit.

honeyfox · 29/11/2023 18:07

Another vote for Uniqlo!

I use the M&S heatgen as pyjama tops. They're very thin and stretchy, so comfortable but possibly not thermal enough depending on what they're being used for.

I have other warmer ones that I picked up in decathlon and more "technical" ones I found in sports direct. Also got thermal leggings from both these places.

Thermal vacuum double walled travel mug - mountain warehouse.
Flying tiger also occasionally has a budget one that has a brushed steel wall which is small. The lid is plastic and although it's ok, and a good size to take non-giant hot drinks around, the heat retention isn't brilliant.

Thank you so much, off to look at M&S and Uniqlo thermals and also the mugs that have been suggested.
