Big funny gift for 13yo boy

My 13 year old nephew is a very energetic boy who loves jokes and pranks and being the centre of attention. He loves filmmaking and animation but has quite a lot of the kit already. He's very into puppets and animation. I have a few little bits for him already but I'd love to get him something that really puts him centre stage for a while on Christmas day and makes him (and everyone) laugh. I don't want it to be funny at his expense though.

I'm toying with the idea of an inflatable costume (like a dinosaur costume)? Or maybe a massive selection of jokes and pranks? I'm thinking up to around £50. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

£50 is a lot to spend on a joke present. Wouldn't he prefer £50's worth of film kit? Maybe get him a selection of fake mustaches/comedy disguises for a fiver and get something proper with the rest of the money.

This could be right up his street?
I guess it could become the annual family tradition he does his joke appearance in it at some point.

He sounds good fun, btw!

I have bought him some proper gifts already - and for the big funny gift I've decided on a inflatable dinosaur costume (as it can be used other times than Christmas) and a selection of pranks :)

I think an inflatable costume sounds great! I bought a pikachu one after a few too many drinks and actually have worn it quite a few times! It's a shame you haven't got time to order from aliexpress now as they are really reasonable.

If he likes a prank or joke... I would wrap it up in a selection of huge boxes kind of like Russian dolls!

I am wrapping some rocks with googly eyes that say "you rock" on them! He might appreciate it!

Oh, he would definitely appreciate the many nested boxes joke :) thanks for that :)
