Game ideas for 3 year old

DS has just turned 3 and I'd quite like to get him a game for Christmas. He loves pop up pirate but isn't a fan or Orchard toys. We don't have any others. I wasn't sure what to get - thought about snakes and ladders, Buckaroo, hungry hippo, connect 4. Any suggestions/recommendations would be welcome.

Giant dominoes.

great for lots of things including original game plus tower building/car track/maze etc

Junior Monopoly and Connect 4 (might be too hard just yet)
The orchard toys ones we liked were
Scaredy Cat, the one with the rockets (can't remember the name) and Dotty Dinosaurs.
We also had a game where you'd to balance small wooden cylinders on a boat, according to what colour of the die you rolled.

My 3 year old loves Buckaroo and doesn't understand Connect4 yet. She likes snap and loves this board game which we call The Polar Bear game but finds dominoes boring including picture dominoes. She will play orchard toys games with encouragement but likes her magnetic fishing game best of all!

Lots of good suggestions. I would like to add " windy knickers" fucking hilarious.

Smyths are doing a version of Hungry Hippos, but with dinosaurs instead of hippos.

My DS (3) LOVES Poo Bingo - he's just at that age where he finds all that sort of thing funny, and it keeps him occupied for hours.

Yes, it's fab!!

My 3yo loves "Thomas the tank engine windy day rescue game" and "party, party, party".
Snakes and ladders and ludo are also good.
