When do shops reduce price of artificial trees?!

We are away for Christmas and the house we’re staying is is not decorated. I want to take a small (2ft or so) pre-lit tree with us but as we have no need to buy until 21st or so I was thinking of waiting…Do you think shops will have put artificial trees on sale by then?!

Probably, but the choice is likely to be limited so what you want might be sold out by then. I wouldn't risk it personally.

If you aren’t picky about what you get, there will probably be sales. Particular trees sell out though.

Learned that the hard way when I tried to replace an artificial tree early december. I am picky and all the more realistic trees were sold out everywhere.

Thanks… I’m not really fussed on style though as it’s only a purchase for the holiday (and will just reuse in another room in the house in future)

I picked up a really cheap, pop up style tree for about a £10 in Argos a few years ago. I think it’s about 5ft tall. Still going, and in a small box, would be ideal to take away. Hope you find one and have a lovely holiday.

Tesco have started reducing theirs. Saw some yesterday.

I’d just been looking at Argos and they have the perfect pop up one but it’s already out of stock ☹️ Amazon have some but they look a bit rubbish! Pop up sounds great though as no faffing!!

B&q and Homebase usually reduce and get rid of their Christmas stock fairly early, worth keeping an eye on.
