I bought the 2022 version when it was on a brilliant offer back in September, it is virtually the same as the 2021 version but has a few different colours and comes with a car and 2 Barbies. I think the 2021 and 2022 seem far more solid than the newer one. Also it depends how much space you have as the 2021/2022 versions will fit neatly against a wall, whereas the 2023 one is more curved and won't do so so easily.
I dont think you'll go wrong with either though, I'm pretty sure my dd is going to be very surprised and very very happy!
