Nice Advent calendar for 2 year old

My 5 year old has been bought a Lego advent calendar by his granny which he will love, but now I need to find something just as exciting for his younger brother so he doesn’t feel left out… any suggestions of nice picture based advent calendars a 2 year old would love? I don’t really want to get him chocolate and I’ve seen the duplo ones but they seem quite wasteful considering we have tonnes of duplo already.

One I can fill myself is an option but hard to think of a lot of small things a 2 year old would like while avoiding accumulating more plastic tat!

There is a Hey Duggee book one if he’d like that and JL have a Thomas the tank minis one but that’s 3+ so depends how he is with small bits .

He's 2! Why not get him an old fashioned picture one??

My son had the Thomas the Tank one last year and absolutely loved it (he was 3.5) The trains are small though so will depend on how he is with small parts

Because his brother has a Lego one .

If you read my post I am asking for a picture one as I don’t want more plastic crap or chocolate! But ideally one that a 2 year old would enjoy.. it’s quite hard to find decent picture ones

Thanks for the suggestions, I’m really reluctant to get one of the toy figurine ones as 24 tiny toys seems like a massive waste of plastic. If I can’t find a decent picture one then I think I’ll just get a ‘fill your own’ and try and buy a bundle of second hand happyland toys to fill it

What about one of those book advent calendars? I just picked up a Julia Donaldson one from The Works for £7.50 for my two year old. I'm hoping to reuse it every year.

Calendar Club do some lovely ones, we had this one last year, each picture was a sticker a day too.
