I was thinking of a game, possibly one he can play with his 8 year old brother.

What kind of things does he like?

Would he prefer a cooperative or competitive game?

If he doesn't have carcassonne or azul, they're good.

He loves his rubik cube and is very good at it. I'll check carcassonne and azul out, thanks.

My dd would never play a game with her sibling (tried so many times), most children with autism like to play alone.
Lego has always been the best gift in our house. Also Thinkfun games such as rush hour as they can be played alone. Smart games do some similar puzzle type games such as qubic.

Lovemusic82 GGS is usually happy to play with his younger sibling. If he wants to be alone he'll play on his tablet or read a book.

The thinkfun ones are fab.

My 3 are all autistic (as am I) and we do like board games we play together.

If we wanted to do something on our own we would usually play lego or a video game, but ds1 liked the thinkfun games and he's a rubiks cube guy.

Thanks for suggestions. Having conferred with DD thinkfun is the winner!
