Gift for marathon running-teacher-mum- strictly loving best friend

Hi,
Please help. I’m very stuck on what to get my best friend. She loves Strictly and is going to see the live tour (as she always does). She’s also started training as she’s got a place in the London marathon. She’s a teacher and a mum. She likes reading and walking her dog.
This year she turned 40 and I splashed out on a Cambridge Satchel but don’t have that budget now.
We have been friends for a long time and I’m out of good present ideas. We started going out for a meal instead of buying gifts but she’s asked we do presents this year as neither of us get any others really. Budget £60.

If she doesn't get other presents I would definitely veer away from practical gifts - jewellery maybe, or something in silk / cashmere or the like.

If she’s a primary teacher, no doubt she has playground duty every now and then, in which case she’d probably appreciate a really good thermos mug. Mugs are always getting either lost, taken or aren’t clean when we want them to be (our staff room dishwasher only gets turned on once in a blue moon). Also, a good thermos mug will keep her drink if she makes it before school starts! I love the ones from Chilly’s.
Rechargeable hand warmers would also be a good option for the playground/dog walking, and Tiger Balm is a runner’s best friend.

I've been running for decades so I wouldn't have said anyone needs to buy me anything running related but my friend bought me two pairs of Balega socks for my birthday and I wear them all the time now.

Especially in winter good socks will be really helpful. Those January long runs 😫

Running socks or a sports massage?

A sports massage is a really good shout.

on the strictly side the professional dancers often do their own your or tour individually. It’s much smaller venues so you see much better than on the strictly tour. You can look for her favourite dancers and see if they have their own shows.
