What goes with tights and a book?

I like to have a bit of a theme rather than a random selection of gifts but i've lost it here. I have bought a friend a book and a pair of snag tights to try (hers are always falling down) and want a third gift - no more than about £8 -£10. What would tie these together or have I got no hope?

Chocolates to eat when reading her book whilst wearing her new tights?
New scarf?

Hot chocolate kit or a box of chocs to keep her warm and provide a bit of padding round her waist so her tights don't fall down.

@JustDoItNowForChristSake @Hotchocolatemousse should have said she doesn't really eat chocolate so you might be on to something as to why her tights fall down 😁

I would have definitely said a candle, tk maxx do some lovely ones for that price. If she isn’t in to chocolate then some lovely herbal tea?

A bottle of something to make a cosy night in?

@TheGirlWhoLived I did think candle so maybe - I just struggle to choose the scent. @Flubadubba she is a mixologist so next to impossible to buy her something impressive.

I guess I'm looking for something different to the usual.

Nice shade of nail varnish for her toes to wear under the tights whilst she reads her book??

What book did you buy and what colour tights? Can you link them that way?

I'd probably chuck in a pair of book print tights or a bookmark that looks like a leg or something fun.

@JazzTheDog hmmm not sure I want to say title of book in case I blow my cover but the tights are black. I may have to think laterally here....

Agree that tights are an odd present.

I’ve got my dds a pair of snags each for their Christmas stockings! got them last year too, they love them, have worn them a lot and have specifically requested more this year.
I would just go with something like a candle, I’d love to receive candles, books and tights (only snag ones!) for Christmas.
I don’t think they necessarily have to ‘go’, an adult with appreciate the thought behind each thing.

@TheChosenTwo I love snag tights too and know how well they fit. I also know she wouldn't buy herself a pair as although she has money, she would think them expensive until she sees how good they are. Maybe you are as weird as us 😂

One of those clip on book lights, I use mine all the time, and even take it on holiday.

I think these are brilliant ideas and if she reads a lot you can never have too many bookmarks
