Has anyone used any of those letterbox cocktail things?

The ones you get through the post. I tried Neo (I think that’s what they were called) but didn’t really like them and they were very small. I may have just made poor selections…
Putting together some bits for a friends December birthday and we both like going out for cocktails together so thought a box of nice cocktails she can have at home would be a good idea. We’ve had some of the Moth cans on a train journey! Any other recommendations?
They don’t have to be ones that fit through the letterbox btw, any that deliver!
Budget of about £50 but not strict.

Tails cocktails are nice. I believe you can buy the bottles at the supermarket.

Essentially, it's a bottle of premixed cocktail. You add the recommended amount plus ice to a shaker, shake and then serve.

Thank you, I think I looked and they had a very small selection but I’ll check again!

I ended up ordering from Edmunds… time will tell if they’re as good as I’m hoping!

M&S have nice cocktails in a can.

We used to get Neo through work all the time during COVID. It is shite. I’ve tried every single one.

Moth do selection boxes if you wanted to send some you know she likes. I bought, but haven't tried yet, some little Kocktail ones that might be worth a look.

I quite like the M&S ones too, on the late train back from Waterloo! Just fancied trying some we haven’t tried before.
I’ve ordered us both a box from Edmunds so I’ll be able to test them out myself too 😂
@noskilled i was really disappointed in them too. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.
thanks @PinkArt - we often have big summer parties so this kind of thing is what I’d tend to buy in bulk as it’s such a faff making loads of different ones but quite often the pre-made ones are just a bit shit, we did like the Moth ones.
Let me know what the Kocktail ones are like - I’m hunting for the best ones 🍸

I did NIO and they were really nice. Pretty strong too if I remember rightly

I had these during lock down

They were fun and beautifully packaged. Check what you need to add - I think I needed the right mixer/juice.
Nice garnishes like gold flakes etc.
All on the sweeter side as the box contains the flavouring in the 'sliquer' mix.
I usually bought when there was a good deal.....I think I signed up to a subscription so got a box every few weeks for about 6 boxes worth. Then I bought when a sale was on.

Nothing beats a proper cocktail....but these were fun and I enjoyed them.

I also like the Moth cans. I think they are some of the nicer premixed.
