Favourite Christmas chocolates to gift or receive

What would you consider nice chocolates to give as gifts that most people like?

What would you love to receive?

I'm thinking Hotel Chocolat, Lindt, Ferraro Rocher and less Quality Streets or Miniature Heroes.

Another shout out for Booja Booja. Those truffles are classy AF 😎

Not a fan of Lindt Lindor (greasy fat balls).
Do like the boxes of chocs they do though with the desserts

Thornton’s Continental’s are my favourite.

My favourites are See's Candies they ship during winter months if you can't get easily where you are, and the hotel chocolate vegan selection if you need to cater for dairy free. They taste so good

Bendicks Bittermints are my all time favourite (recently on offer in Tesco for £3.50).

I love Lindt, but buy online so I can choose my favourite flavours.
I think Monty Bojangles are fairly decent.
Like another pp, we were gifted some Tony's Chocoloney this year. I would never buy it as I really didn't think it was any better than Cadbury or galaxy, which has to be the worst chocolate I've ever had the misfortune to eat.

I'd love to receive any Green & Black's or Lindt dark chocolate, but don't like Hotel Chocolat stuff at all - I found it tasted very fatty

I really like Montezuma chocolate.
Their buttons are waaay better than the Cadbury ones. I also recommend their butterscotch bars.

Another vote for Booja Booja! They're absolutely divine and such a special treat.

I’ve missed them every year! But I want them…

Marks and Spencer Lindt knock offs are the fave in my family. Cheaper and much less sickly. They are just called choc truffles I think but v similar shaped box to Lindt but blue. I give them to everyone they are always well received.

Hotel Chocolate is a good safe bet.

I also like Chococo

but Hollychocs are superb and get my vote.

My mil gets them for me every Christmas, they never last very long though😂

These are made with fresh ingredients so have to be kept in the fridge. They are delicious and a bit different to give as a gift. No palm oil etc

I got given some Monty Bojangles truffles in a lovely cat tin. They were delicious. And I kept the tin.My cats Asher's are in it.

The best chocolate I’ve ever put in my mouth was charbonnel et Walker champagne truffles. The pink box. An absolute explosion of taste.
I have had Godiva and Leonidas etc. and yes they are definitely a cut above the high street, but the charbonnel are number one.

I'm easily pleased - Ferrero Roche will make me very happy!
