Work Xmas Lucky Dip - Thoughtful Gift Needed!

Help please! Work is doing a Christmas lucky dip and we each have to buy a thoughtful gift, up to the value of £5, to go into the lucky dip, from which every member of staff will get a present. I have no idea how something can be thoughtful if we can't think about the recipient but there we go. Needs to be unisex, too. Any suggestions?

silicone caps for putting over food in the fridge
fancy seasoning/fancy salt

The most popular (most swapped) item at the last Sort-of-Secret-Santa I did was coffee. From the Aldi gone posh range.

My safe go too is a nice pen... unisex and virtually everyone can use a pen.

Problem with food/alcohol/scratchcards is you never know who has a problem with or moral objection to it (allergies, trauma from alcoholic family member, gambling addiction, religious rules etc...).
