What are you getting your 3yo DS?

My DS is kind of out of the dinosaurs phase, already had an electric ride on outside, all he's asked for is a monster truck which is about a tenner!

I pointed out the hot wheels track in Smyths and he wasn't fussed.

What are you getting yours?

Following for ideas! My DS is 2.5 - already has big items like balance bike, scooter, Brio train set. I’m thinking smaller things like some books, puzzles, playdough/crafty things. Maybe some Happyland stuff as have read those are popular at his age! Keen not to get him any more trains/cars/trucks as we have loads already and he’s OBSESSED….

Play kitchen
doll house
easel
desk and chair
didi car

some things I’ve pondered

Also following for ideas - not helped by his birthday being 5 days after Christmas!

I bought a bargain Paw Patroller and picked up the cars on Vinted for £8. I’ve got a couple of books, pjs, Hot Wheels cars, Paw Patrol figures and then a stocking.

Family are getting him a balance bike, Brio trains and extra track for his train set, fancy dress, a Yoto player, football kit, trainers and an annual pass for our local soft play.

I think I need a couple of extra birthday things and then I’m happy!

Actually, one thing that he loved last year that he’s used daily, is a giant beanbag - adults can fit in it too. He even naps in it occasionally.

A puppet show and some hand puppets. Colouring/sticker book.

Scoop and learn ice cream cart but that's joint with the 1 year old too.

Happy families card came

Following for inspo. My 3 yo has a 2 yo brother and they fight over everything. On my list so far is:

Micro scooter
Book
Jigsaw puzzle
Pokémon sticker activity bag from Primark (already got)
Toy storey fleecy blanket
He's asked for a cement mixer, blue lorry and an animal truck.

Search and find book (he loves his dinosaur one)

I like the idea of a leapfrog iPad type of thing but need to research some more.

Our friend is giving us a play kitchen so accessories for that.

Stockings:

Big roll of colouring paper
Chocolate coins
Tub of animals
Paints/crayons
New water bottle
Pooh float bath game
Bouncy light up ball

My 2.5 year old wants a ‘stocking with a candy cane, and chocolate and treats’. So that’s easy!

he needs absolutely nothing, he has all his older brothers toys, clothes etc. I’ve got him a backpack, a stamp set, a monster truck and now im stuck for ideas.

Favourite toys when DS was 3 (recently turned 4) were:
Toy kitchen
Shopping till
Baby and pram
Megabloks/duplo
Brio train track
Doctors kit
Pop up pirate

He's also starting to get into playmobil. Vehicles mostly but he's getting the adventure playground for christmas

Definitely following for some inspiration. Ds is turning 3 in December, so I have a bit of a list going then will split it in between his birthday and Christmas.

So far we've got -
Bike (with helmet kneepads etc)
Hot wheels city track
Hot wheels cars
Doctors kit and dress up
Puzzles and Jigsaws
Kiddies camera which prints out photos
Books

And that's it so far! He's already got a yoto which he loves. He mostly loves outdoor toys and any type of vehicle scooter etc which he has so I'm rather stuck now
