DD age 10, what are you getting for yours???

My 10 year old is so tricky to buy for! What are you buying for yours??
She loves Lego but has had various sets for every birthday and Christmas for the last 7 years! She likes playing Minecraft, watching rubbish on YouTube and enjoys crafting but is a bit faddy and will go nuts on something for a couple of days and then forget about it! (Think loom bands, crystal painting, cross stitch etc)

Oh and she does enjoy reading too. I thought maybe a kindle but not sure she’d be ‘excited’ about one?

Sounds similar to mine. I've got art/ craft sets, roller skates, lots of lip gloss, shower stuff etc. Oodie.... that's it. Think I'm going to get a switch game and a voucher for a day out

Mine isn’t into toys so I’ve gone for clay beads to make bracelets, a cross stitch set, lipgloss set and perfume, books, hair curler and smart watch

Following. My DD is 9 but we’re in a similar situation- she doesn’t really play with toys anymore & we are struggling for ideas of what to get for her. She has a birthday between now and Christmas too.

The only things she’s really asked for is an air up bottle, a coat and squishmallows.

I’m now off to look at roller skates, led lights and clay beads thanks to the suggestions on here!

Squishmallows, especially the giant 50cm ones, seem to be all the rage. You can get a squishmallow with the same name as her! Most names are covered. Look on the Squishmallows wiki and type in her name to see which squishmallow corresponds. Mine is a rainbow unicorn 🦄

And a Grinch decorating biscuits set from Home Bargains. Both less than £3.

Oh and she came back from a friends house with coloured hair extensions in thinking she was the bees knees so maybe another thing that will go down well with tweens!
