Just this really. DH knows I really want one for Christmas. I don’t want to spend a fortune. Over £50 seems a lot.

I have this sleep headband . Its Bluetooth. The speakers are thin enough you can listen while lying on your side. There are lots of similar ones on Amazon. £20
